Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and authority

You must have legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you create or administer an account for a family, business, church, nonprofit, school, association, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that account. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for consent and supervision required for minor users.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials, maintaining control of connected sign-in methods, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. You may not impersonate another person, create deceptive accounts, or attempt to bypass role, subscription, or security controls.

3. Family and community administration

Family Admins and Community Admins may manage members, permissions, content, and features within the scope of their roles. Administrators are responsible for granting appropriate access and for the information they choose to collect or distribute through FamilyTYMS. FamilyTYMS may enforce technical permission boundaries but is not responsible for an administrator's independent decisions about lawful membership or internal governance.

4. Subscriptions, fees, and billing

Paid features may be offered through recurring family or community subscriptions. Prices, billing intervals, included features, taxes, trial terms, and renewal details are shown at purchase. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, recurring subscriptions continue until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for a completed billing period.

Payment processing may be provided by a third-party payment processor. You authorize us and our processor to charge the payment method associated with your purchase for applicable fees, taxes, renewals, and authorized transactions.

5. People Are Your Wealth Exchange

FamilyTYMS may provide tools that allow users to list, discover, exchange, purchase, sell, request, or offer goods, services, capabilities, or resources. Unless FamilyTYMS expressly states otherwise, users—not TYMSNOW LLC—are responsible for the accuracy, legality, safety, quality, fulfillment, taxes, licenses, warranties, and suitability of their listings and exchanges.

We may remove listings, restrict accounts, or take other reasonable action to protect users or the platform. FamilyTYMS does not guarantee that a marketplace participant will complete an exchange or that any listing will meet another user's expectations.

6. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit to FamilyTYMS. You grant TYMSNOW LLC a non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the features you choose to use. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use FamilyTYMS to violate law; infringe another person's rights; harass, threaten, exploit, or defraud others; distribute malicious code; gain unauthorized access; scrape or interfere with the service; defeat security or access controls; send unlawful spam; or upload content that you do not have the right to use. You may not use the service to facilitate illegal transactions or harmful activity.

8. Assessments, intelligence, AI, and recommendations

FamilyTYMS may organize user-provided information, generate summaries, assessments, recommendations, coaching prompts, or AI-assisted insights, and help users identify goals or possible next steps. These outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed by the user. They are informational and educational tools, not professional advice.

9. No medical, legal, tax, investment, or financial advice

FamilyTYMS does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, legal representation, tax advice, investment advice, financial planning as a licensed fiduciary, insurance underwriting, or emergency services. Features labeled wellness, finance, legal, business, relationships, leadership, or similar are educational or organizational unless a separate agreement expressly states otherwise. Consult a qualified professional when professional advice is needed.

10. Third-party services

FamilyTYMS may integrate with services such as identity providers, payment processors, email providers, video platforms, calendar or meeting services, cloud infrastructure, or other third-party tools. Your use of a third-party service may also be governed by that provider's terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

11. Intellectual property

FamilyTYMS, People Are Your Wealth, our software, design, branding, documentation, training materials, and other TYMSNOW LLC content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, TYMSNOW LLC retains all rights in its platform and content. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create unauthorized derivative works from protected portions of the service except as permitted by law.

12. Service changes and availability

We may improve, add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We may perform maintenance and may limit access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, platform integrity, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of nonpayment, suspected fraud, abuse, security risk, material violation of these Terms, legal requirements, or risk to users or the service. You may stop using FamilyTYMS and may cancel eligible subscriptions through the available account or billing controls.

14. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAMILYTYMS IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TYMSNOW LLC DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES THAT ARE NOT EXPRESSLY REQUIRED BY LAW, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUTS, RECOMMENDATIONS, USER CONTENT, MARKETPLACE LISTINGS, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, SAFE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

15. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TYMSNOW LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE. ANY LIMITATION THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY APPLY WILL APPLY ONLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

16. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold TYMSNOW LLC harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of FamilyTYMS, your content, your marketplace activity, or your material violation of these Terms or another person's rights.

17. Governing law

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any mandatory consumer rights available in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. We will post the revised Terms with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
